Welcome to Muscle Control Trainer!

 

My name is Amal Molefi and I am passionate about Muscle Control. Muscle Control is the ability to mentally control muscle groups at will so as to efficiently perform an activity and bring about the intended movement. It is another form of stregth traing and has the effects of building muscles. Muscle Control is the basis of all types of exercise.

 

Before building a house it is imperative that the foundation is correctly prepared. The foundation will inevitably affect the performance and longevity of the finished item. Of all our daily movements, at the core of these movements is muscle, and control of the muscles is extremely important. The foundation for building muscles is Muscle Control.

 

So what is Muscle Control?

 

Muscle control is an old art, first introduced to the world by Maxick. As a child he was sickly, and his parents would only allow him to remain bed-bound; as a result his muscles atrophied and weakened. Instead of being overcome by his illnesses and subsequent weakness, he developed this system of muscle control - the contraction and relaxation of muscels in isolation (Muscle Control - Maxick). Maxick began builing muscles, and he quickly realised that Muscle Control was an important aspect of strength training. He went on to demonstrate feats of strength many never thought possible. 

 

Muscle control is a system where, whilst one muscle is contracted, other muscles remain relaxed. As simple as it sounds, this method of exercise is highly effective for building muscles, as it is the core principle behind all strength training systems. Gym instructors always insist on a good level of mental focus being placed onto the muscle being trained. For instance, whilst training the biceps, it would make no sense contracting the abdominal muscles, since this is not the focus or the aim of the exercise being performed.

 

How I found out about Muscle Control

 

Many years ago, a friend of mine passed on Maxick's publication on muscle control, simply called, 'Maxick Muscle Control'. I read this book from cover to cover and committed to mastering every move described to the best of my ability. I have now been practicing this exercise technique for over twenty years and will continue to do so into my older years.
